I'm a notary with 40+ years of experience. I have extensive experience with loan documents as I was an escrow officer in Southern California and I am an NNA Member, NNA Certified, Notary2Pro Certified and Certified Reverse Mortgage Signing Professional (CRMSP). I am excited for the opportunity to serve your clients with the best customer service out there! My professionalism, strong work ethics, reliability and pride in customer service makes for a successful loan signing. I have completed several Loan Signing Agent courses and exams and have experience conducting Refi's, purchase loans, reverse mortgages home equity loans, and VA loans. I am available Monday - Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. for signings in the following counties: Washington County Iron County Kane I'm willing to travel further if needed, fees are contingent upon coverage areas.
